Governing law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

Courts

Statutory venues apply. Where you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or have no general venue in Germany, the courts competent for Bad Vilbel, Germany, are agreed.

The pilot is open to invited consumers and business users aged 18 or over in the launch markets and is free of charge during the invite-only phase. Consumers may withdraw from the pilot agreement within 14 days of accepting the invitation, without giving reasons, by emailing info@prometheor.com. Because the service starts immediately at your request, a withdrawal ends the pilot for you from that moment; independent of any withdrawal you can export your Memory and delete your account at any time from Account.

Product and pilot scope

Prometheor is an invite-only managed-memory pilot for explicitly supported AI clients. Each user receives one personal Brain and the limits shown in Account. An invitation does not authorize secrets, credentials, recovery material, regulated data, full transcript import, broad third-party source sync, teams, billing or autonomous execution.

Prometheor Memory is reference data. It is not a system instruction, approval, permission, credential, commitment, or legal, medical or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing model output and actions taken in connected tools.

Account and acceptable use

You must use your own provider account, keep it secure, admit only data you may lawfully process, obtain any required third-party consent and promptly report suspected compromise.

You must not probe another tenant, evade rate limits, upload secrets or harmful content, use Prometheor for regulated or high-risk decisions, or attempt to turn Memory into execution authority.

User controls and termination

You can revoke connected agents, export current Memory, correct or delete Memory and end the pilot. Active content is purged under the published retention schedule. Content-free audit, tombstone, incident and legally required records may remain for their stated period.

Either side may end the pilot at any time without notice: you by deleting your account in Account or by emailing info@prometheor.com, Prometheor by revoking access where required to contain a security, abuse, legal, provider, cost or reliability risk, or when the pilot ends. Active content is purged under the published retention schedule; content-free audit, tombstone, incident and legally required records remain for their stated periods. The sections on warranty, liability, governing law and disputes survive termination.

Warranty and availability

The pilot has no public uptime service-level agreement. Prometheor is provided as a pilot in its current state. Prometheor does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that recalled Memory is complete, current or correct; you review Memory and model output before relying on either. Statutory rights of consumers that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

Liability and disputes

Prometheor is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product-liability law. For slight negligence Prometheor is liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal duties), limited to the typical and foreseeable damage; because the pilot is free of charge, any further liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent the law permits. You remain responsible for backups of the data you admit and for actions taken in your connected tools.

Please contact info@prometheor.com first; Prometheor aims to resolve any dispute directly within 14 days. German law applies as stated above and the statutory venues apply for consumers. Prometheor is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Material changes

Material changes to processors, data class, retention, price, supported clients or authority require an updated notice and, where required, renewed consent or agreement. Prometheor will not silently expand this invite-only pilot into a paid or public plan.
