What Prometheor processes
- Account and provider identifiers required for sign-in, session assurance and revocation.
- Brain, project, connection, grant, consent and policy metadata.
- Private notes or checkpoints that you explicitly admit to your Brain.
- Encrypted canonical versions, provenance, correction, deletion, export and content-free receipt data.
- Minimized request-security and support metadata.
Prometheor does not persist full raw transcripts, store credentials or recovery material as Memory, sell private Brain content, or use it for advertising.
Purposes and legal bases
- Provide the requested Brain, connection, recall, correction, export and deletion service under the service contract.
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and recover service under reviewed legitimate interests.
- Meet applicable legal obligations where processing is required by law.
- Automatic Memory Capture remains inactive at launch and would require a separate, informed and withdrawable opt-in before processing eligible interaction text.
Recipients, regions and transfers
The configured providers and their exact launch status are listed in the subprocessor register.
Vercel runtime region: fra1. Prometheor's application functions run in Vercel's Frankfurt region (fra1). Vercel, Inc. is a United States company; request routing, edge protection and runtime logs may involve processing in the United States under Vercel's Data Processing Addendum with the EU standard contractual clauses as the transfer safeguard. Runtime logs contain no Memory content.
Retention and your controls
The maximum periods are listed on the Retention page. From Account, you can revoke clients, export current Memory and request account deletion. Current Memory can also be inspected, corrected and deleted in the Brain workspace.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a competent supervisory authority. Contact info@prometheor.com to exercise a right.
Prometheor Memory does not make legal or similarly significant decisions and cannot create permissions, approvals, commitments, credentials, instructions or execution authority.
